To provide an accurate quote, we conduct a property survey considering factors like property size, clutter levels, and any additional areas requiring clearance.

Where possible, we recycle your house clearance items and attic clearance waste, collaborating with local charities and clothing banks in Chesterfield, Clay Cross, and surrounding areas. As the saying goes, “One person’s junk is another person’s treasure.”

We clear all contents from a property, ensuring reusable items are donated to charities, recyclable materials are processed appropriately, and non-recyclable waste is disposed of responsibly. NO FLY TIPPING.

This is dependent of the amount of work required, whereabouts the property is in the UK and waste recycling costs. A home survey will be carried out in order to give a fair and accurate quote. In some cases, we may offer cash for certain items.
